What is your return policy?
Unopened, unused items may be returned or exchanged within 14 business days of delivery. To receive a refund, any returned items must be in their original condition.
How long will it take to receive a credit for my returned items?
Upon receipt, returns are processed within 7 business days. Actual refund reflection on your bank account may vary and is determined by the issuing bank. Please contact the issuing bank for details.
I received the wrong product. Can I return it?
If you received an item not listed on your receipt, please email hello@cedricjohnsonbeauty.com as soon as possible with your order number, item name, and a brief description. You will receive an email within 48 business hours.
My item arrived damaged. How do I get this fixed?
If you received a damaged item, please email hello@cedricjohnsonbeauty.com with your order number, item name, a brief description of the damage issue with a picture. You will receive a resolution email within 48 business hours.
Can I return or exchange a product that I have opened or used?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our business we only accept returns and exchanges for products that have not been opened or used.
